The aim of our Academies programs is to create a professional basketball coaching experience for students with the goal of creating a legacy of success and global recognition for the schools we work with. Our programs are aimed at not only increasing sustainable basketball participation from grassroots right through to further education, but also to offer the possibility of a professional career in basketball.

To be considered for the Basketball Academy, you must be:
*Successful in a Basketball Academy tryout
*Meet the required GSCE qualifications In Maths & English.
*Aged 12-19
*Enrolled on a full-time course *Programme of A Levels or Sport Btec or other.
ACADEMY COACHING
FG Basketball Academy are proud to work with schools in London and the surrounding areas to provide opportunities for boys and girls of all ages to learn the game of basketball.
Our goal is to introduce a Basketball program that offers a fun, positive, learning experience which will act to encourage and motivate students to pursue academic & basketball excellence.
We have a dedicated team of fully qualified coaches who are basketball specialists and some of the best basketball coaches in Europe. We offer elite basketball training for all ages, competitive academy matches, academy league, tournaments and camps.
EDUCATION 🌍
FG takes Education very seriously and dating back to 2014, we have a 98% pass rate with our students Athletes studying everything from GCSE, A-Level, BTEC and University Courses. All our coaches have also been student althlets in thier academic journey which gives young students the correct guidance to be successful in both the classroom and basketball court
All our year 13 students althlets completed and received their college results🥳💥
2023 ACADEMIC RESULTS
We Had 18 GCSE 13 BTEC FG Students, all passing the final exams.

We had 16 FG Student althlets receive their final exam results and ALL 16 players PASSED their courses with TOP MARKS 🔥 Destinations/ D*/ A/ A+/ B / 8 player accepted into University’s across the UK🇬🇧 AND 8 players travelled to America to continue their basketball & studies🇺🇸🔥

Along with the above, we also track other stats such as: steals, rebounds and more. This allows us to keep an eye on each players work rate and physical development throughout their time on the programme. It also allows the player to monitor their matchday contributions and set short and long term goals with the use of the latest technology.
Education is first and foremost for all student athletes in our academies.
